The meeting at 1505 Tuesday 5th August 2008 at Chiltern Court Care Home was between Kerry Stevens, Head of Service Provision Adult Social Care, and Trevor Saunders. Kerry was accompanied by Jim Peart, and the meeting was in Trevor's room. Robin Lovelock and Terry Kensey were present throughout the whole meeting which lasted over an hour.

It seemed to be a lucky coincidence that Kerry and Jim chose to make this meeting on the day that Robin and Terry were visiting Trevor. It was also a coincidence that the letter of complaint had only just been signed and delivered to Rita Lally. This meant that issues raised in the Sunninghill Meeting on 26th June were addressed, and Trevor was able to make his wishes known clearly, and do so with them being witnessed by all parties.

• Trevor Saunders DOES wish to move from Chiltern Court to one of his choosing, near to the Bracknell-Camberley area and his friends.

During the meeting, several points became clear:

• Kerry Stevens has still not seen the file on Trevor held by Social Services.
• Kerry Stevens has still not visited www.nhscare.info to see what is public about Trevor's case.
• Trevor requested that any future meeting with him be attended by Robin.
